We offer a full range of classes that foster your child’s individual growth.
At Mosman Kinderland we have both play based learning and also formal group times where children are engaged with story-telling, activities, songs, dancing, music, games, experiments and experiences about different interests, themes and learning topics.
Children are encouraged to play and learn with nature. We grow a vegetable garden, have a worm farm and take care of pet rabbits with the children. We have a beautiful big sandpit and outdoor area for children’s play and gross motor development.
We do hands on experiences and experiments and art with the children and they are encouraged to learn independence skills and participate as part of the group. Each child has a developmental portfolio that we create for families that is full of photos, art and enables us to share your child’s experiences at the centre.
We have performers visit the centre to entertain and teach the children about animals, science, hygiene, manners and health magicians, emergency services, indigenous performers, music and musical instrument shows and workshops, school excursions and more. The children and centre sponsor a child with the support of the families and parent committee. We exchange letters and learn about his way of life.
